Reviews and Ratings
I had high hopes for our Christmas stay, especially considering the beautiful surroundings. The suites offered great views, but the dirty windows spoiled it for us. The service felt unwelcoming, and we encountered multiple disappointments, particularly with the hot tub being out of order, which was a letdown for my son. The dining atmosphere was also lacking. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for winter stays.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The beautiful views from our suite were overshadowed by the dirty windows, and the service left much to be desired. We were disappointed to find that the outdoor hot tub was not working, which was a big part of our reason for booking this hotel. Although the surroundings were gorgeous, the overall experience was not worth the high price we paid.
We chose this hotel to celebrate Christmas, expecting a cozy family experience, but were left disappointed. The views from our suite were beautiful, but the window cleanliness detracted from our enjoyment. The outdoor hot tub, which was a significant attraction for our son, was out of commission during our stay, and the Christmas dining experience felt lackluster. The overall service was not warm or welcoming, making us feel undervalued as guests. While the scenery was nice, I'd recommend considering other options for a winter stay.
Our stay here had beautiful surroundings, but I was really let down by the service and overall value for the price we paid. The view from the room was nice, but the dirty windows made it hard to enjoy fully. We were looking forward to the hot tub, but it didn’t work during our visit, and we had to bring our own decorations for Christmas, which felt odd. It's probably better suited for summer trips rather than winter.
We chose this hotel to celebrate Christmas, hoping to enjoy a nice family getaway, but it turned out to be disappointing. While the views were truly beautiful, the service left much to be desired. The price for the suite we booked felt excessive considering the overall experience, especially since some amenities weren't functional during our stay.
